Postage & Delivery
Delivery Charges
We have a standard charge of £5.99 for UK Mainland delivery, irrespective of quantity or weight. However, if your order is over £120.00 we will waive our postage charge. If you would just like to purchase an item from our ‘Pocket Money’ range, we charge a small delivery fee of £2.99 for any item(s) up to the price of £5.00.
Delivery to UK postcodes outside mainland UK will be at cost plus a £5 administration charge. Please contact us at sales@trumpety-trump.co.uk for further details.
Delivery overseas is currently not usually available due to the high cost of postage, but we can quote if required. We do however welcome overseas buyers wishing to purchase goods for their friends/family. Please note that you must enter the recipient’s address in the delivery address section together with a message explaining that the purchase should be sent to the UK address.
Standard Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch goods on the working day following receipt of your order. Goods will be despatched by either Royal Mail First Class post (for orders under 2Kgs) or via a courier service (for orders over 2Kgs). Delivery is generally within 2-5 working days, however, we allow up to 10 days for delivery to UK mainland when products are in stock. All parcels must be signed for upon receipt.
During busy periods of the year (Christmas), or when an item is unavailable, delivery of goods may take slightly longer, please allow for this eventuality. In this instance, therefore, please allow for up to 21 days. We will advise you of this at the time of ordering and give you an estimate of the delivery timescale.
If you are likely to be out/unavailable to sign for your order, please supply us with an alternative delivery address (such as a work address).
Re-delivery Requests
Should you fail to be available for receipt of items and the goods are returned to ourselves then please contact our Customer Services. Should you wish to have the items re-delivered then they may ask you to click one of the buttons below to charge delivery through the Paypal Account. This will create a ficticious item and allow postage to be charged. Due to the nature of Paypal we have to charge an additional one pence for the redelivery of Pocket Money Item(s).

Refunds and Exchanges
Damaged/Faulty Goods
We check all goods before they are despatched. In the event that your purchase is faulty or damaged on arrival, please email sales@trumpety-trump.co.uk. We will give you a full refund or replace any item that is damaged or faulty, as long as any damage is reported within 24 hours of receipt. You will be asked to return the damaged/faulty goods and packaging by signed for post, for examination by our Customer Services. Once we have ascertained that the damage has occurred in transit, we will offer a full refund or an exchange of goods (plus standard postage costs).
If, upon receipt of the goods, the box or packaging is visibly damaged, please make a note of this when you sign for the goods.
Dissatisfied/change of mind
We trust that you will be delighted with your purchase. If, however, you change your mind, or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order for up to 7 working days starting from the day after the goods were received. Your statutory rights are not affected. We aim to process returns as soon as they arrive. Returns bought as gifts can only be credited back to the original purchaser. Please email us at sales@trumpety-trump.co.uk (stating your name and address) to arrange for the return of your order to us.
Please note, postage and packing costs are direct costs that we incur and they will not be refunded. Therefore we cannot reimburse you for the return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable. The cost of your purchased items will be credited back to you upon acceptable receipt of the goods. The returns must be in perfect condition for a refund and should be in their original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged goods. Proof of postage should be obtained upon returning goods. Registered post is recommended to ensure the goods are safely delivered. We cannot be held liable for the loss of parcels being returned to us.
When returning your goods, please include the reason for the return.
Unavailable Stock/Back Orders
We are not often out of stock. If, however, stock is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you via email within 48 hours to make alternative arrangements. Items may be placed on back order for delivery within 21 days or you may cancel your order and a full refund will be given. Back ordered items will be charged at the point of order. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the items within 21 days, we will offer a refund for the item(s).
If you order multiple items but an item is out of stock, we will send the available stock during the timescale stated in our delivery schedule. The remainder of your order will be sent on an additional delivery and there will be no postage charges payable.
Packaging
We aim to use the minimum amount of packaging wherever possible to be environmentally friendly thus reducing waste. With this in mind, we may recycle packaging from our suppliers. The recycled packaging used may include plastics although our own packaging methods aim to minimise the use of such materials. Remember, less paper = happier trees!
